Android malware creates a hidden copy of your banking app

Researchers at Group-IB say the Android banking Trojan Gigabud can create a separate work profile on an infected phone, clone a banking app into it, and conduct fraudulent transactions there. The malware is distributed, among other ways, through fake airline, tax, or government apps that victims are lured into installing outside the official app store.
