Court upholds €3 million fine against company managing Apotheka customer data

Harju County Court rejected Allium UPI’s appeal against the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate’s decision imposing a €3 million fine for breaches of personal data protection requirements. The judgment is not yet final, and Allium UPI intends to appeal it to the Supreme Court.
