CVE-2026-99216 — Drivers: hv: Do not reset VMBus connection state on error/exit paths

A vulnerability resolved in the Linux kernel caused the VMBus connection state to be reset to DISCONNECTED before disconnecting the connection. As a result, the VMBus connection might not be unloaded, and the Hyper-V host could continue sending messages or posting VMBus interrupts.
