RHSA-2026:80686 — Red Hat Hardened Images RPMs bug fix and enhancement update

A flaw in golang-protobuf can cause the protojson unmarshaling function to enter an infinite loop when processing certain invalid JSON input. A remote attacker can submit specially crafted JSON to cause excessive CPU utilization and hang the application, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS).
