CERT24Microsoft urges Entra ID administrators to migrate users to passkeys
Microsoft is asking Microsoft Entra ID administrators to move users to phishing-resistant authentication methods before Microsoft stops providing SMS and voice authentication on February 1, 2027. The change applies only to Microsoft Entra ID workforce tenant authentication scenarios, not to Azure AD B2C or Microsoft Entra External ID customer identity scenarios.
