CERT24Operation KillSwitch: Police dismantle KillSec ransomware group
According to Europol, the KillSec ransomware group was dismantled during Operation KillSwitch after approximately 1,000 suspected attacks. Law enforcement took control of the group’s dark-web leak site and secured at least 110 terabytes of stolen data against further unauthorized access.
