Estonia to consolidate central IT services under RIA

The Estonian state plans to gradually consolidate central IT infrastructure services under the Estonian Information System Authority (RIA). First, RIA and the State IT Centre (RIT) will be combined, followed by the merger of the State Communications Foundation (RIKS) with RIA no later than 1 July 2029.
