Hackers sent fake nuclear threat alerts to Ukrainian and Russian citizens

According to the source, emergency alert applications in Ukraine and Russia were compromised and used to send fake warnings about air raids, radiation, chemical attacks, street fighting and nuclear threats. The claims by both sides have not been independently confirmed.
