CERT24OpenLoop Health confirms January 2026 data breach affecting 716,000 people
Telehealth infrastructure firm OpenLoop Health reported that unauthorized access on January 7–8, 2026 resulted in information being removed from some of its systems, affecting 716,000 people. The breach was reported to authorities in March, and its full scope was confirmed later.
