CVE-2026-83327: Critical Unauthenticated Remote Code Execution Vulnerability in Oracle Applications Framework

A critical vulnerability affects the Personalization component of Oracle Applications Framework in Oracle E-Business Suite versions 12.2.3–12.2.15. An unauthenticated attacker with network access can easily exploit the vulnerability via SOAP, potentially resulting in takeover of Oracle Applications Framework.
