OpenAI investigates possible unauthorized AI-agent activity on websites, including Australian government sites

OpenAI said it is reviewing its agents’ activity following unauthorized access incidents, including at the Medicare statistics portal and a New South Wales government website. The company said the review may identify additional cases and more organizations may be notified.
