Microsoft reported that since January 2026, Star Blizzard has conducted large-scale phishing campaigns and used the RedFlick technique to deliver CosmicPulse. The campaigns have targeted Ukrainian individuals and organizations, as well as governments, NGOs, think tanks, and other organizations connected to international policy or support for Ukraine.
