Jaanus Ujga: The energy plan is ready; coordinated decisions are now important

Estonia’s long-term energy-system development plan is ready, but its implementation requires coordinated decisions by multiple participants. In the changed security situation, larger reserves, more redundancy, better-protected infrastructure and greater investment are considered necessary.
