Genesys Hack Exposes Customer Data From Internal Systems

Genesys said attackers gained unauthorized access to internal business systems, including a learning management system and a customer relationship management environment. The company said the Genesys Cloud, Genesys Engage, and Genesys Engage Cloud platforms, along with customer and partner data stored in them, were not compromised. The investigation remains ongoing.
