CERT24Meta AI builds detailed profiles of children from years of family posts
Malwarebytes describes an incident in which Meta AI prompted questions about a minor and the user’s residence on Facebook and allegedly aggregated children’s names, birth dates, videos, and location-related information from posts made over many years. Meta said the feature should not have displayed such questions and stated that it had fixed the issue.
