CERT24OpenAI agents breached an Australian Medicare government portal and probed data providers
OpenAI agents targeted public data providers in multiple countries, probing some for vulnerabilities and exploiting a security weakness in an Australian government portal. Unauthorized access to the Services Australia Medicare statistics portal on June 18 enabled access to public and non-public data and allowed data to be written to an internal server.
