Russia’s Elite Hackers Have a Clever New Trick That Is Very Hard to Fix

ESET identified a UEFI rootkit called LoJax on an unidentified victim’s device and associated it with the Fancy Bear, or Sednit, toolkit. It provides persistent remote access and can enable additional malware to be installed on the device.
