WorkOS: attacker used ARTEX AI to breach an internal sales application

WorkOS reported that an attacker gained unauthorized access to an internal application used by its sales team. The accessed data included business contact details, customer account histories, summaries and excerpts of customer communications, and business account and relationship information. WorkOS said that no WorkOS application data or production services were accessed or affected.
