A flaw in golang.org/x/text can cause the norm.Iter component to enter an infinite loop when processing input containing invalid UTF-8 bytes. A remote attacker could exploit this with specially crafted input, causing a denial-of-service (DoS) condition in which the affected application becomes unresponsive.
