CrowdStrike and Google Take Down the Dangerous Glassworm Botnet

A joint effort by CrowdStrike, Google and the Shadowserver Foundation disrupted the Glassworm botnet by simultaneously taking down all four of its command-and-control (C2) channels. This severed the operators’ connections to infected machines and their ability to deliver new malicious payloads.
