The Police and Border Guard Board and the Information System Authority stopped the illegal downloading of data

The Information System Authority stopped the mass downloading of document photos after a vulnerability in its photo transfer service was used to download 286,438 photos from the identity documents database. Police detained a suspect and initiated criminal proceedings. Based on currently available information, the data was not transmitted further from the suspect’s computer.
