Working Exploits Released for Four Linux Kernel Flaws Enabling Local Root
A researcher released working exploit code for four Linux kernel flaws: DirtyAH6, TUNderflow, PPPoEject, and DiagSpill. Each can allow a local user to gain root privileges. Kernel maintainers have fixed all four, but systems running older kernels should be updated. There are no reports so far that the flaws have been used in real-world attacks.
