Vulnerabilities fixed in GitLab

GitLab has fixed multiple vulnerabilities in Community Edition (CE) and Enterprise Edition (EE). Versions before 19.2.8, 19.3.5, and 19.4.2, as well as certain older version ranges, are affected. NCSC recommends installing the security updates shortly.
