Medusa ransomware targets critical infrastructure organizations

According to an updated advisory from the FBI, CISA and the US Department of Health and Human Services, Medusa ransomware had impacted more than 500 critical infrastructure organizations as of April 2026. Healthcare has been a frequent target of Medusa actors.
