CERT24Estonia: President promulgated amendments to the Cybersecurity Act
On 30 September, the President of Estonia promulgated amendments to the Cybersecurity Act related to NIS2. The amendments clarify the scope of the requirements, the definition of a cyber incident and the supervisory powers of RIA, and introduce the concept of a “near-miss cyber incident” with voluntary notification.
