Germany arrests suspected leader of the Qilin ransomware group

Germany arrested a Russian national believed to be a leading figure in the Qilin ransomware group. Japanese authorities detained him in Osaka in May and later handed him over to Germany. According to the source, the group continued attacking victims after the arrest and added hundreds of new victims to its Tor leak site from June onward.
