Binance links $6.3 billion crypto theft to a compromised DevOps laptop

Binance linked the theft of approximately $6.3 billion in cryptocurrency to a DevOps engineer’s compromised laptop. After accessing a service container, the attackers submitted unauthorized withdrawal transactions. Binance said it has not yet found evidence that a wallet private key was leaked.
