Hackers target government Windows systems in Asia with new malware

Kaspersky reported previously unknown malware, NetamLoader, targeting a customized version of Windows 10 used by government organizations in Asia. The malware was found on one computer during the first half of 2026, and the operation may have involved a supply-chain compromise, although its delivery path has not been confirmed.
