Emerging ransomware gang threatens to destroy victims’ backups

The newly formed ransomware group n0n uses double extortion and threatens to encrypt or destroy victims’ backup infrastructure and shadow copies if ransom demands are not met. According to CyberXTron, the group’s Tor-hosted leak site had published information on more than a dozen victims by September 22.
